The staff are excellent, the hotel is stunningly beautiful and with amazing location near freeways as well as the center. Downtown Oakland district is worth looking into.

Convenient location, well-organised room and helpful staff. A short walk to the wonderful beach. A few times I ate at the cook and her farmer, located within walking distance of the hotel. The fact the service was great too.

We loved our such wonderful stay. The staff was very friendly and the room relaxing and perfect. The food at the buffet breakfast was outstanding. Hotel was fairly clean.

Exceptionally comfortable hotel, staff were extremely friendly and rooms were extra comfortable. Big suite and very comfy bed. The staff did all they can for an amazing stay. Brilliant service and a heated pool onsite.

This hotel is equal to 4 stars. We liked location and staff here. 19th Street Oakland tube station was just a short stroll away from the venue. Early check-in, late check-out...

Recommend this great hotel, and would definitely come back. It's a good sized venue, yummy breakfast. Our room had tea and coffee making equipment, and a fridge. Downtown Oakland district deserves to be explored.
